Dear Colleague,

In this month's email, we wanted to take the opportunity to remind you about the value provided by our Training & Application Consultants (TACs). Our TACs work closely with our partners and customers to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction for our platform solutions. They provide research assistance, helping users with data location, content clarification, search and usage suggestions, and usage optimization. They also provide on-going training for customers as their company usage changes and enhancements are made to the applications. You can always contact your TAC to learn how to get the most out of Profound. 

So, we thought we would share a little bit more about your TACs. And, as always, if you have any questions regarding the content available on Profound or any other research assistance, we encourage you to contact your Account Representative or TAC.

About Monica:

Monica joined MarketResearch.com in 2011 as a member of our Customer Service Department. In June 2013, she made the move to Training & Applications Consultant. Monica has studied both Advertising and Marketing and worked in print and digital sales for over 12 years before joining the MarketResearch.com team.

"I love working with persons new to searching for data and helping my clients address their business needs. I am a talker by nature, so the opportunity to direct and train persons on the best way to identify market research, I think, is fitting for me. Suzanne received her BA in English from Michigan State University and holds a MS in Library Information Science from Wayne State University.
