About Monica:
Monica joined MarketResearch.com in 2011 as a member of our Customer Service Department. In June 2013, she made the move to Training & Applications Consultant. Monica has studied both Advertising and Marketing and worked in print and digital sales for over 12 years before joining the MarketResearch.com team.

"I love working with persons new to searching for data and helping my clients address their business needs. I am a talker by nature, so the opportunity to direct and train persons on the best way to identify market research, I think, is fitting for me. All clients are valuable, which means it is important that I am available to assist with research inquiries in an efficient and professional manner helping them get the information needed. Suzanne has been working with Profound.com for 14 years. Prior to her work with Profound, she worked professionally in the library and information industry for almost exactly 20 years. Suzanne received her BA in English from Michigan State University and holds a MS in Library Information Science from Wayne State University.
