Profound is not only designed to deliver the answers to your questions when you need them but also to integrate seamlessly into your workflow. Increasingly our clients have informed us that they are sharing their searches with colleagues, and with that in mind, we have added that functionality directly in the product. Now with just a click, a search can be shared via email, chat, bookmark, and more, allowing you to send any search to colleagues without typing out how you crafted the search filter by filter. Look at our Profound Tip section for step-by-step instructions on how to use this feature.

Profound Tip: Send a Profound Search to a Colleague Now you can send a Profound search to a colleague. You can now send a colleague all the results from a search you’ve done on Profound.com. This allows the recipient to browse all results, view TOCs and Keywords in Context, and purchase the content they need. Your colleague must have a Profound login to use this feature. To begin, simply perform a search as you normally would on Profound: Once your search results are displayed, click on “Share This Search” under the “Resources” section on the left side of the page: You’ll then see a pop-up with a URL you can copy & paste into an email, instant messaging system, or document. Click on OK to close the box once you’ve copied the URL: Remember, the recipient of the URL must have their own Profound login to view the results.
