Here are all the recent news from Profound that you may have missed all in one place!

• Now, when you login to your account, you will see that the top of the website now includes information about your account manager, making it easier to connect with them. Your account manager is your point of contact and can help you with a variety of things such as search assistance, data clarification, publisher liaison, reports outside the Profound collection and contract information. Through phone and email, they are on standby to help you with your Profound needs. 

• All new users to Profound are now automatically set up with a 3- year default search period, but if you are an existing user, we made the decision not to change your current settings. If you would like to make the default change yourself, though, it's just a few clicks away. Just go into your Preferences and choose "Last 3 Years" from the drop down menu next to Publication Date.

• At times, it may be more convenient to open your purchased reports inline using your web browser, rather than in a separate pop-up pdf reader. On Profound Product Pages, you can now click a View Full Report Button to view the full purchased product in the browser. The report opens in a new window.
