As a publisher relations associate, I am one of the liaisons for the many publishers that we work with, so it is my responsibility to assist them with their day-to-day needs and activities. I have a variety of tasks, but mainly my department is responsible for making sure that we have all of a publishers collection and then loading those reports to both MarketResearch.com and Profound. Also if a sales representative needs anything from a publisher for a client, whether it be more information, a sample, etc., they come to us and we handle those requests. We communicate with the publishers to ensure that our clients have everything they need in order to make an informed decision.
