We take your online security seriously.

In order to protect your account, we have added new security procedures to better secure your activity on Profound. If you are trying to access the Profound service from a new location (home, business travels, etc), you will be asked to validate your login to continue onto either the Reading Room or the Administration Section (if applicable).

The following outlines the steps you will encounter during this occasional process and remember, you will also need to have access to your email account on file with us to complete these steps:

• Click the gray “Email New Verification Code” button.
• After clicking this button you will receive an e-mail with the verification code.
• You must then enter the verification code in the text box and click the gray “Verify” button.
• After successfully verifying their location, you can then access your Reading Room and the Administration Section (if applicable).

*Users will not have to verify their location again unless they login from a different location.
