I have been in the market research world for nearing on 20 years, with the last 13 having been spent with Profound after time with some leading publishers. My role as a Strategic Account Manager is to ensure the needs of my clients are being met, whether it’s content support, queries, or ensuring that clients have the best product, solution or service for their business requirements, they know my team and I are here to help them and will do so in an efficient and timely manner. I deal with a host of different consulting and financial services firms and what I love most about my role is the interactions I have with these clients and that each and every day brings a different challenge so it never gets boring!
