MILLER, Monica S.

Monica is an Application Specialist based at our Washington, DC headquarters. She has extensive experience in both Sales and Customer Service working closely with customers to get the most out of their subscriptions. She is married with a daughter and spends most of her time away from work relaxing with her family and shuttling her daughter back and forth to track and piano practice.

VYSE, SUZANNE

Suzanne Vyse is an Applications Specialist based in Southwest Michigan. Suzanne has worked closely with our clients for 14 years and has a MS in Library and Information Science. She is married with a daughter, a son, two cats and 2 dogs. She likes sleeping in and spending time with her family on weekends, and she also loves reading and cooking.
